Risk Rating from Risk module (if possible) should be presented in the BIA Risk section.Otherwise, a pop over text should be added in Risk module that explains the Risk Rating Scale.

Need ability to have separate pages (on Claim) for different SIM Types

Currently we can only have 1 SIM page and we had to use a custom language to customize the page name. We don't want it to say "Supplemental Info Page". Walmart will want a separate page for different SIM types. ie: Subro, Litigation and Demands
