Better visibility of ARM change comments

There is limited ability to access change history comments for score changes, status changes or escalation comments. These should be more accessible in the UI and available in ViewPoint and API

Increase inactivity period before timeout from 60 minutes to 90 minutes

Schneider has requested the ability to set the inactivity before session timeout period to 90 minutes. Currently, the system limits the user to 60 minutes.
