Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Users who don't have the ability to archive records should not see the icon

When a User (with the User role) logs in to the system and goes to Plans, they will see the Archive icon. While if they click on the icon nothing happens, they shouldn't see the icon at all.

Notify Owner when Incident Issue is Created

When an Issue is created within an incident, the assigned Owner should be notified (via email). Currently the Owner would not receive an email or other notification related to the issue until the date/time indicated in the Next Update field.
