Make contents of update request emails sent from within plans or documents visible

We noticed recently that when we send an update request email from within a plan or document, that we can't see the contents of that email anywhere. It would be good to have this history available so that we can see what's been communicated.

Ability to change the sort for the Dependency Plan section

Next Review Date on Overview

The exercise document should inherit the IT System Dependencies from BIA, without having to add them in the Plan overview (like clearview did).
