Adding the Risk section from the BIA to an IT Plan document

I am writing to propose an enhancement to our IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) planning process. Specifically, I suggest that we take the risk section from the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and make it available as a template in the plan section. This integration would allow teams to capture critical information such as single points of failure and acceptable risks while building their ITDR plans.

By incorporating this risk section into the ITDR plan templates, we can ensure that all relevant risks are documented and visible to the teams managing enterprise risks. This visibility will help identify potential issues early and facilitate more effective risk management across the organization.
