Plan to Auto-pull BIA information

Plans should allow you to pull in smaller portions of a BIA - for example, pull in just application names and requested RTO/RPO instead of every data field.

Give an option to centrally disable email alert for BIA/Plan approvals.

Currently the only way to disable approval notifications is to set approval frequency to 0 in each BIA/Plan. By giving a central option, it makes it easier to disable approval notifications.

It would be useful to see what template a plan is using on the Plans screen and be able to filter on template. That way if you can see which plans or how many plans would be impacted if you change a template or just simply using the template.

Enable My Tasks in Exercise Mode

Currently, My Tasks only works for incidents that are marked as not being an exercise. Doing this prevents the teams from practicing using My Tasks during exercises. My Tasks should still work for incidents that are marked as being an exercise.
