Add a new Plan Section to display Location Departments

When creating a Location based Plan, there is a current section that can be added to a Plan or Template called Location Activities that will display all Activities that are associated to the Location that has been assigned to the Plan. However, if the Location is assigned to a large amount of Departments and a large amount of Processes, this could get excessively long.


It would be nice if there was a Location Department section that would just show all of the Departments that a Location was assigned to with a clickable link to take the User to the Department if they have access.
