Show where files come from on File page

When I go to the Files library, I can click on files that were added via Plan/Incident/etc, but that information is now shown. Above the "inherit permissions" checkbox, we should have a field for "Parent Document" that links back to it.

It would be helpful to have this as what is the point of setting a person in a group as primary or alternate if you can't see that in the export.

Allow easier differentiation between users or internal contacts with the same name.

When selecting a user or an internal contact by name, if a number of people share that name, it's not clear which one to select. This needs to be clearer.

Option to Make "Show on Mobile" Default Selection

A client has suggested that it would be a time-saver to be able to set "Show on Mobile" as the default selection for Plans, Documents, and for Attachments added to Plans and Documents, so that this option does not need to be checked every time.
