Enable User Roles with Survey Management access to view survey results.

Currently, the only way to view Survey Results in Riskonnect Resilience is to assign a user as an account owner or to assign the permission "Act As Account Owner" to a custom role. This is not ideal for vendor risk management professionals wishing to leverage the platform's capabilities from a system administration perspective. It would require administrators to give more access and permission than should be required to leverage a specific subset of features.
