Currently, My Tasks only works for incidents that are marked as not being an exercise. Doing this prevents the teams from practicing using My Tasks during exercises. My Tasks should still work for incidents that are marked as being an exercise.

SMS Notification: The message title should appear in the beginning of the SMS text (for testing purposes for example).
