Risk Alert Summary based on a criteria

When 'n' number of risks fulfill a certain defined criteria for overdue actions etc. One summary email Alert should be sent out instead of 'n' emails as happening currently. Ideally in a Table Format Original Active Risk ID: ARM-I-90
