Delete Received Emails Security Permission

Currently there is a security permission to stop users from deleting sent emails under the coverage specific entity but there is not a security permission for deleting received emails. Client would like Delete Received Email security permission

Claimant portal needs to give users language choice and translate

We demo'd Claimant Portal to a client, and this is a requirement since many of their employees are not native English speakers, so they need to be able to select their language and view the data in that language.

Ability to delete cancelled scheduled payments

Currently, the only way to remove scheduled payments is to update the schedule. If the individual payments are cancelled, they cannot be deleted, which may confuse some users
