Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Think of it as a multi select list of choices. This particular example letter has a list of approved types of Physical Therapy (like Ortho Eval, MRI, etc). The user could select one or all 8 choices. Does that help?
Kelly - Curious on what the uses of the check boxes would actually be for? We won't be merging any data to mark that checkbox as that is not how the system works, so what are they planning on doing with the checkboxes?
