Contibutor Field within Values Admin collection needs to be reportable

When a collection is setup to have a contributor this field needs to be allowed to be pulled in within the BI report - due to this field not existing within the universe

Add intake specific data points (call time, creator, etc.) in BI universe for reporting

Many CS clients using Intake are asking to report on the Call Time and other fields only seen in the Intake app, but there is no current way to report on these. Clients wish to have an "intake universe" to include this information.
