BI hover help details

The financial bucket labels and hover over explanations are reflecting ClearSight's internal designations for these which does not always match the client's use and causes confusion when building reports.

Request is to make these more generic.

For the labels - either adjust them to show the client's default labels or a generic 1X, 2X, etc

For the help, simplify the information listed to just say "the incurred value for transactions in the 1st financial bucket" or something to this effect.
