Client has asked for the ability to add PDF templates to the Forms & Letters Manager.


Sometimes they have documents that are only available in PDF and currently, they have two resources spending time retying them into a word document just to upload them to CARS. Furthermore, over the last couple of months the team has been receiving PDF documents out of a program called InDesign and they cannot re-type them into a word document since it contains graphics.


They would like to know the following information:

- Is this enhancement possible? If so, what's the level of effort?

- What will be the cost associated with this enhancement?

- How soon this enhancement can be implemented into production?
