Add "Counter" on Long text fields to display how many of how many characters reamin

Bellin Health asked that on larger text fields a counter get added to show the # of characters remaining out of a total. For example, if the text field allowed 1000 characters, the counter would display  xxx of 1000 remaining and the counter would update as the User typed.

Character countdown

There are a number of free text fields on the healthcare portal that have a character limit. It would be helpful for the person submitting the event on the portal to see a character countdown when approaching the limit.
