Employee (Occupational) Health Module

A module for healthcare organizations to track and manage the health of their employees.  Healthcare organizations are requesting to utilize Riskonnect to track items such as

  1. Demographics
  2. Clinic Management for the employee (vaccinations, Consent forms, drug tests, questionnaires)
  3. Appointment Scheduler (management and employee capabilities with reminders / emails)
  4. Surveillance of completing requirements (Flu vaccinations campaigns, etc)

    Stagegate Notes from meeting with Brian Stromberg, Jay Lechtman, David McElroy, and Ariel Norvell. 6/13/19

    While Employee Health full module functionality would be great, there is a short term, potentially simpler, gap they'd like to fill and be able to demo.

    In an old demo org (Healthcare Demo 2), Sales had configured an HCP Vaccinations object.  This is linked to the Contact object and stores information on a single vaccine - type, date administered, employee - less than 10 fields.  This information would be entered in manually or loaded by a spreadsheet.  Any automation would be done by standard workflows/reports/roll-up fields that examine when the last administration of a certain type of vaccine was.  There are regulations that force certain requirements and this would help companies track that information.

    David McElroy was ok with this HCP vaccination object being recreated in our active sales orgs.  Sales takes responsibility for not over promising on what this can do.  IS can easily create this as is it sold, before Product adds it, or the Employee Health Module, to Base Product.

    We also discussed what Vectren has for Employee Health.  This is highly custom, will not be put in the demo, and should be considered during the product module review.   Random Drug Test, notifications to field staff, results tracking in system, safety mask details/PPE characteristics, Physicals.
