Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Review Frequency/Owner Functionality in Locations Library Should Be Improved

In the Locations library, we have a Review Frequency field and the default help text says "Indicate how often an updates should be provided for this item." We also have an Owners field that says "List the person responsible for updating this record." But, there is no functionality to remind the designated Owners if the Review Frequency is coming up. Related, since there is no approval functionality, there is no way for the system to give any meaningful information about whether the reviews are occuring within the designated Review Frequency. So essentially, the Review Frequency field is useless.

Either we should update functionality to send a reminder and include an approval workflow, or we should get rid of this field.
