We will evaluate getting a better message. In the meantime, you shoudl be able to login into your company IDP (like we use OKTA) and get a deep link so it will take you straight into Ventiv Intake like below.
I understand it cannot be done at this time, which is why I suggested as a future enhancement to possibly have the ability to customize by client. We have thousands more users of Intake than IRM and do have SSO set up for Intake, but most users are confused by the User Name verbiage when their full email address is needed for SSO to work.
@Guest thanks for this further feedback on the login process for Ventiv Intake. The challenge for amending it would be as it stands it is not an or albeit for many clients the User Name and E-mail are the same. so we cannot simply change the label.
Are the majority of your users Ventiv Intake only so do not have access to Ventiv Risk (IRM)?
Also are you using SSO?
Either via Ventiv Risk or via a SSO identity provider it is possible to connect to Ventiv Intake seamlessly so avoiding entering the User Name.
