Allow users to download documents in formats other than PDF

It is critical for resilience that Riskonnect's clients are able to download editable back ups of our important documentation. The current 'PDF only' option is not at all helpful, since PDF format is not easy to edit. Currently, if Riskonnect is hit by a disruptive cyber attack, clients will face a huge amount of work to re-write their documentation. Therefore, Riskonnect itself is potentially a major single point of failure, when it is supposed to exist to enhance resilience. The emphasis for this issue should not be commercial (i.e. making it difficult for clients to extract their data), but should focus on the resilience that Riskonnect is there to provide. To resolve this, kindly enable download of documentation in all major formats (MS Excel, Word, etc)
