Enhancement Request for Resilience Module - Global Application Assignment

I would like to propose an enhancement to the Resilience module that could significantly streamline our processes. Specifically, I suggest adding a feature in the applications section that allows us to assign applications to the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) using a checkbox. This would enable us to add applications globally, ensuring they are included without waiting for each team to update their BIA individually or risking any omissions.

Implementing this feature would enhance our efficiency and accuracy, providing a more cohesive and reliable approach to managing our applications within the BIA framework.
