Quick editing of the individual internal contacts in the notification template.

It would be useful to be able to quickly copy and paste internal contacts in a notification message and delete them all at the same time if an update is quickly needed to send it out. I do understand that we need to manage them at the template level, but sometimes we need to add a few more names or delete some and this is currently cumbersome. If one was able to copy a whole lot of names that are identical in format, it would be great if this field could resolve the ones it recognises in the internal contacts and then much like a new outlook email, highlight those that it does not recognise.
