Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Ability to see department details or email address of colleague when hovering over their name in Department Response Team

This would help Plan Owners/Maintainers understand which colleague they are adding into their department response team, especially when there are multiple colleagues with the same name.

Hovering over the name and more details being shown, when adding that person to your response team would be more time efficient than having to save the department response team, click on the person selected and seeing their internal contact profile to work out if the right colleague has been selected.
