Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Provide an Incident/Exercise Summary in Crisis Management module

For an Incident raised in the Crisis Management module, it would be a great option to have the system provide an Incident/Exercise summary section which could be extracted/printed/PDF'd, so that the Incident/BC team can see relevant fields in one place. Currently the user has to print the incident Feed, detail the Incident Issues, and any comments placed in the Incident Overview to gain such a summary.
