Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Approval workflow Emails

The communication template within the system is not customizable. For instance, when requesting updates or approvals, I have to manually modify the RK template to remove unwanted information. This manual adjustment is inefficient and contrary to the purpose of having a developed solution.

Action Required: We need a solution to make the communication templates fully customizable so that unnecessary information can be easily removed or adjusted as needed. This will streamline processes and improve efficiency.
