Manual update of recipient responses within the Notification module.

We are looking for the capability to have Notification admins manually update recipient responses within the Notification module. This capability is currently available in legacy AssuranceNM software and utilized when a team member is unable to respond to the message directly. This will allow us to continue managing emergency responses effectively and is a top priority.
