The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Plan Section to show downstream Department Dependencies for Departments that depend on my Department

Currently you can insert a Dependency Plan Section that shows Department Dependencies that are selected in the Department BIA assigned to your Plan which will show you the Departments that your Department depends on (upstream). It would be beneficial to have a section that shows the opposite relationship for Departments that depend on your Department (downstream). This way you can proactively reach out to those Departments if you know they will be affected by an issue in your Department.


It would alleviate the need to add this as a RTF type section in the Plan and manually have to keep it updated.

    Thank you for your Idea! This is not currently a part of our long-term roadmap, but will be archived for future consideration. However, this may be something that the What If section could help with.
