Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Hello - Thank you for the comment. The requirement to use WhatsApp Templates is a Meta requirement for its WhatsApp for Business service. All business communications must start from a pre-approved message template. However, we are able to add more templates, so if there is a general notification type you do not see represented within the WhatsApp templates we have today, do let us know. We will create a new template.
