Transfer Activities from one Department to another

When dealing with org-reporting changes, there's often a need to move Activities from one BIA to another, or split BIAs in some way. Currently the only way I can see how to do this is by using the import/export functionality or by simply replicating the selections in the desired BIA to transfer to.

Suggestion is to allow the functionality so that at an Activity level in a BIA, there's an option that says "transfer to another BIA" or "transfer to new BIA". Given a WhatIF report in insights reporting can track all of the linked dependencies to an Activity, I am hoping this would be remotely possible to transfer them all into a new BIA.
