Include All BIA/Plan Access Roles in One Location for Management & for User Audit

Currently, the system is setup to only include 2 types of access roles -- identified as either (O), owner, or (C) contributor -- in the user audit and there is no location to quickly view/manage a user's access to multiple BIAs/Plans. For access management, we have to go into each BIA/Plan individually to provide access and for a full user audit, we have to run the normal audit along with a BIA & Plan export -- in order to capture our viewers and 3rd level of approval. There is a lot of external manipulation of the data to fully audit users and it is via name instead of user ID, so it is flawed in that respect as well (we have 2 people with the same name). While I like seeing all the users with access in the individual documents, we should be able to centrally manage the access as well.
