Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Set the new User set-up screen to automatically default to the preferred UK system settings for our Account.

Within ‘Manage My Account / Riskonnect Business Continuity & Resilience Settings’ our Preferred Language is set to English (UK) and Time Zone to (GMT+00:00) London. However, despite this, whenever we set up a new User on the platform these default to English (US) and (GMT-5:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada) and we have to select our preferred UK settings from the dropdown lists. It would be more user friendly if the new User set-up screen could automatically default to the preferred UK system settings for our Account so that we don’t have to change / select them each time we set up a new User.
