Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Add text message as an alert method option

Currently the only option in the TI tool to send alerts is via email. The more urgent an alert is, the less this is good practice as the only method of communication. We should have the ability to leverage the mobile phones captured in contact records to send alerts via text message directly from TI.
