Change Wording of Changes Made to Documents when an associated user has been deleted

Hi, we had an instance recently where it looked like a change had been made to an exercise document but it wasn't clear what the change was. When looking into it, it appeared that a user who had been named in the document had been deleted from the system and when going into the document History log, it said the person who had deleted the user had changed the document. It would be good if in cases like this, it would be a bit more descriptive, like user deleted from system. Otherwise it doesn't give a clear history of what's actually happened.
