Remove Riskonnect users if not listed as internal employee

When an import of internal employees is uploaded, and someone that is a Riskonnect user is no longer listed as an internal employee, can that user ID be deleted? We have found employees that have left the company still have user IDs and we have to manually delete/remove that access.
