Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Processes vs Activities

In the BIA you call out the "Processes" but in the dependencies when making the link they are called "Activities" this can make it confusing for users who's core role is not a daily reviewing of BIA and Plans but more quarterly. To make it more intuitive for users can admins have the ability to edit the headings.
