Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Add a dropdown list for roles and responsibilities within the team responsibilities section of any internal contact lists

This was functionality that existed in ClearView and proves to be very useful for consistency of role names. When users have to add their own role there are often misspellings or slight differences in the role names.
