Add the Impacted Asset to the Subject Line of a Threat Rule Notification Email

When a Resilience user receives a Threat Alert email, the subject line is "Threat Alert: [Severity Level] - [Miscellaneous Details]" wherein the miscellaneous details piece varies widely by event. It might be more useful to the recipient if the subject line were "Threat Alert: [Severity Level]- [Event Category] - [Impacted Asset]".
