More Flexibility with Map Center for Threat Intelligence

Currently the Map Center settings for Threat Intelligence allow the user to either choose a Location, Internal Contact, or Supplier to be the map center, or to have no map center at all (in which case a map of the world shows up). A client has suggested that it would be useful to be able to see the entire US as the map center. Maybe we could change it so that the system admin could set the map view to be what they want and then click a button to make the view they're looking at the "map center" in their instance.
