Ability to Delete Information from Incidents Module Feed

If employees list something inappropriate, controversial, confidential, inaccurate, or something that could lead to issues in litigation following a disruption in the Incidents Module (Situation Assessment), the company should have the ability to delete this information from the Incidents Feed.
