Enhancement for scroll bar

When providing the option to use %%% for selections, a scroll bar shut also be implemented. Otherwise this opetion make no since.

Original Description: When selected – for instance - a service from the service catalog using %%% it is not possible to scroll down the table displayed. See enclosed png. T %%% shows only a part of the table. The user cannot select from the table, he needs to type two a three letters to find what he's looking for. It should be possible to scroll down the whole table and not only 20 lines of it

In the attached file you can see, that only 20 items listed. Butthere is no scroll bar on the rigtht hand site so that futher items not visible or selectable.
