Additionally, I've heard that the RK platform utilizes DKIM authentication. Is there any option for leveraging their implementation of this into ClearSight?

I've linked this enhancement to S725's account record as well. They repeatedly have problems with the SPF record not functioning properly and blocking all emails from Riskonnect/ClearSight.
