Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Add Events to trigger along the Transaction Approval Process / Approval Route to inform assigned user

Clients use approval routes to track several approval steps.

Not all approvers (esp. from other departments) login to the system on daily basis.

Event triggers for "Approve", "Reject", "Escalate" and of course entry point of any approval would help to inform assigned users about their duties.

(Email action would be most useful action, but also validations and autofix etc. would help to improve the Approval manager.)

"On Change Pending * Transaction" does not address the entire chain of approval.
