Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Employee Search in Team Section

When searching for the primary or alternate in the team section I can only search using a name. Where two people have the same name you don't know which to select which is very common in larger organisations.


It would be beneficial to expand the search to include the email address and Employee ID as a unique identifier.

    I support this 100%. As an organisation with >80,000 employees, this is a real pain point.
