The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Your feedback is important and valuable. Thank you for taking the time to provide it!

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Tutorial option should be accessible in Risk Express

The Tutorial Option is available in ARM Desktop. It can be useful to direct users to a How To or Help Page internally. However this is not available in Risk Express and these users are probably more in need of help or support. It could be easily done via a hyperlink or embedded in an existing menu in the Risk Express Portal

    Thanks for your submission, it's a good suggestion, but we have no plans to introduce this capability into Risk Express at present. Please keep an eye out for the release of the desktop solution later this year which may provide new options for this type of experience level user.
