Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Hello! Under Insights Reporting, there is a Change Management Report. This allows you to see the full change history for both BIAs (called "Departments" in the Module dropdown) and Plans (called "Documents) today. While you cannot combine them into a single view, this should satisfy your need. Thank you for your idea!
