The Customer Ideas Portal gives you the opportunity to submit Ideas for new features and functions to add to the products and vote up existing ideas that are important to your organization.

Ideas that you create are viewable by other customers, so please be mindful of the details you include in the title and description.

Your feedback is important and valuable. Thank you for taking the time to provide it!

Note: Product bugs or configuration requests that are specific to your organization should be submitted through a case on the Customer Success Portal.

Import error log

The import errors return log is not detailed enough. It does not give the user enough detail to identify why a particular record is in error and therefore ignored as part of the import

Examples

Some errors just show ‘internal error' rather than any detail

Owner/ contributor or approver roles that do not populate due to an error with the user in the system (ie wrong name added or user not yet set up) are not indicated at all in the error log

    We are rolling out enhancements to our Import process. Some modules are available by request - please contact Support and they can turn this on for your site. The enhancements will be available to all customers early 2024.
