Update Case Manager Supervisor field when claim is reassigned. Sync process between user profile and claim.

Case Manager Supervisor field (Claim.MiscDescription#48) does not update on claim when the case manager is reassigned to another user. When the claim is reassigned, update the Case Manager Supervisor field to the newly assigned case manager’s supervisor that is listed on their profile.


I would like to have a sync process between user profile and the claim. Similar to the sync process between contact and claim. This way any user profile fields on the claim will be updated when changes are made. We have a few user fields on the claim, other than the case manager’s supervisor that needs to be updated (e.g. phone number, email address).
