Simplify the ability to push BC plan template changes to plans using that template

At the time of writing, the process for updating a BC plan template and pushing the changes out to all the plans is complex (having to lock each section on the template, then amend the structure or push the section change out, then select update within the Plan Overview section before unlocking each plan section as required.

Clients have commented that this is far more complex than other platforms they've used (i.e. NM) and thus has dented their confidence as template changes will be minimal over time but not made regularly enough for the required actions to become second nature.

Therefore Idea is to simplify this process whilst ensuring accuracy of the changes being pushed out.

    Totally agree and should include better functionality to push out new sections as well as being able to change existing sections from the Template to All or Some Plans
