Reorganize the Riskonnect Business Continuity & Resilience Settings screen to group settings together.

The organization of the Riskonnect Business Continuity & Resilience Settings is confusing for some users and should be organized into groups/sections to make it easier to maintain. For example, the Op Res Impact Categories settings are hidden underneath the Email Reminders and blend in so that you just think it is Email Reminder settings. But grouping things in to sections like General Settings, Security Settings, BIA Settings, Op Res Settings, Email Settings, etc. would be much easier to find and maintain settings.
